HTC Touch Voice announce incoming calls

Hi, i have a htc touch unlocked GSM version. I am currently running the Blue Touch 3.0.1 ROM on it. I had this feature on my palm and and i loved especially since is used the wired and BT headset. Anyways, i went to the sound and notifications menu. Then i went to notifications tab and scrolled down to phone. i tapped the option tab and there was an option saying "announce incoming calls" i tapped yes and tested it. Nothing was announced. i tried turning off the ringer (by putting the setting to none) still no announcement. The ringer was on high. Is there another option or way to put this feature on? Thanks. yes, you have to find the MS voice command program and install it. you can try and find the cab in the forum search or you can also search xda-developers

SORRY TYPO! the underline stuff is wrong. this is what i ment to say:

"Anyways, i went to the MS Voice Command menu. Then i went to the optionstab on both the contacts and phone. i checked off confirm when calling name, confirm when dialing number and Announce incoming calls. i did a soft reset and made sure the top box was checked enabled in MS VC. Did a test call and nothing.

oya when i installed the ms vc i get a error msg. it states: "An unrecoverable error occurred in setup.Reset the device and try agian."
