i seem to have a virus on my phone. every time i try to txt the screen goes blue and says "PANIC!". i was gonna take it to metro pcs and have them warenty in but i cracked the shell on the outside last night. is there any way to clear the virus off the phoen w/o flashing?

Do a master reset, see if that helps.

tried master reset and master clear with no avail. is there any antivirus for cellphone?

Did you crack the housing, or the screen? If it's just the housing, then shouldn't warranty still be valid? Contact Metro PCS, it wouldn't hurt to try.

its the housing. but with my razr the silver on the buttons were worn off and they said it wasnt covered due to abuse.

It sounds like Metro PCS will use any excuse not to service your phone.

Is it under warranty or has your warranty expired.

it should be. but i thot pysical damage voided warentty.
