ROKR Z6 camera problem

Just got my new Motorola ROKR Z6 a couple of weeks ago and I already have a camera problem. It takes pictures fine at 1X. When I put it into 2X mode, I get "Unknown Error - Picture capture failed" whenever I snap the shutter to take a picture.
Anybody else run into this problem?
