Moto RAZR 2 V9m vs. HTC MOGUL (Sprint)

really stuck between these two phones, I asked the guy at the sprint store for advice but all he said was "they are both really good phones" and then walked away. for the Mogul would I be stuck with that ugly yellow UI?
Right now I have a KRZR which i'm not too fond of due to the laggyness.
some things i'm looking for are:
- i'm able to upload .mp3 files and use them as ringtones.
- good camera qaulity, my a900 takes amazing pictures, but i think both the RAZR 2 and Mogul both have 2.0 but the Mogul's picture seems fuzzy
- NOT LAGGY! (unlike the KRZR K1m)
- Good reception
- I'm a big texter, so the QWERTY keyboard on the MOGUL is a +
