How can we find out which Union we are a part of?

I work in a COR store as an RSC in the Pacific NW region.

Your union rep should come see you. They have to "sign" you up. Or at least they had to when I was union up north. When I was in the union, and the union they are trying to bring into the south now is CWA. I hope that helps.

CWA= Communication Workers of America. Ask around, your union reps information/card/contact info should be somewhere in the break room or your coworkers should know who he/she is. Ask your manager, they will know for sure.
