Q9h question/problem

I just got a q9h...
It seems to have come with a EU ROM which tells me it does not recognize my carrier and asks to select from a list of EU carriers...does not really impact anything but I think it may be related to the fact that I cant get BBConnect 4.0 to work.
I am looking for a us or WWE ROM for this phone...any ideas?
