I have both the Q9 and BJII and got it working on both with no problems. I wonder if it was because I was provisioned for a WM6 Smartphone already when I installed Good on the BJII. All I know is it was working fine and when I went to the Good Management Console it knew I had the BJII. I will tell you though that the BJII doesn't work as seamlessly with Good as the Q9 does. I've had the Q9 for a couple of weeks and the BJII for a week and the BJII will be going up on eBay by this weekend. The Moto is a much better phone, with or without Good and this is coming from a person that really really wanted to keep the BJII but the only reason I could come up with was size and that was only when I was holding it in my hand(s). I blind tested both having my wife put one in my pants pocket and walked around, sat down and tried to get a feel for what it would feel like in my pocket. She then switched phones and I was sure the second phone was the Q9 because it felt bulkier and it was the Sammy.

My IT department just got goodlink working on my BJ II (not without some hassle). Works like a charm. I checked out the Q (which I know is a better phone), but I really love the small size of the BJ II and it works perfectly for my needs.

Yeah, I got it working but an annoying thing to me was the BJIIs address book didn't sync right with Goods. In Good on the phone I had to go to Preferences > Phone and check Use System Dialer so that it would allow me to type someones name and they'd come up in the address book. With the Q9 I don't have to worry about it. There were a couple other small things that I didn't like about the BJII that I thought were much better on the Q9, more that didn't relate to Good. One being the ease to lock / unlock the key pad when I put it in my pocket. Its Home key then space bar on the Q9 to lock and a two button press, like most candy bar phones to unlock. BJII is tap the power button, scroll down to Lock and I actually had to hit the left soft key and couldn't use the scroll wheel select button. Not a huge deal but when both are sitting in front of me with one to keep and one to get rid of, I'm gonna keep the one without the annoying things. Also I don't think many are going to debate that the build quality of the Q9 seems to be much better than the BJII. I wanted to keep the Sammy but couldn't find a reason other than the small size difference.

You can lock the keypad on the BJII simply by holding down the red phone key for 2 seconds from any screen

mine must have a tricky timer. longer than a second and it powers off. technically thats locking the keypad but not practical.
