w580 - phone memory not recognized, memory stick is recognized

When I attach my w580i to my laptop and select 'file transfer' mode, Windows XP recognizes the memory stick and I am able to move files back and forth using Windows Explorer. However, it does not recognize the phone memory. Any ideas?

Dont select file manager. Go to the desktop icon and find the folder you want and drag in or out whatever you want to the phone memory or out.
