BB Curve troubles calling Hybrid Sprint phones

Hi guys I was wondering if you could help me out. My blackberry curve 8300 is giving me trouble everytime I call the guys I work with they cant hear me. They have the Nextel/Sprint hybrid phones. Its weird because when they call me back it works fine but only when I call them they cant hear. What could this be? thanks
