im new to the converting files thing so im not as advanced as everyone here so i was looking for somehelp, i was trying to convert a mp4 file to a 3gp2 file so that it will play on a 8550, i converted one file but it froze the phone up when i tried to play it on the phone or it would just stick to the beginning image of the video and only play the sound is there any program i can use to convert it to a smaller size or something so that i could see if that would help? the videos play just fine on my voyager, but when i put it in my girlfriends 8550 they either wont play or they'll only show the beginning image then freeze and just only play sound

currently i dont have a steady program for converting i just use random converters i get from download.com that are trial versions, are there any good (easy to use) programs for beginners?
