With respect to getting or not getting the credit, I followed all of Apple's rules, putting in my phone number and serial number and now it qualifies. I'm using their system not circumventing it. Hopefully some others on this board will now qualify and get the credit, which was my original intent when I posted. Peace, Les |

I'm on T-Mobile and and bought my iPhone at the reduced price... so does that pretty much mean I have no chance...? |

I didn't qualify (bought it well after the cut-off date, at the "reduced" price of $399 + tax, didn't activate it with AT&T, unlocked it and using it with my old plan), and when the website said I might not qualify, I followed the instructions - which said to email them, and I got a phone call with the rep telling me that he would send me a $100 gift card code to use at the Apple Store. Used it to order the Apple iPhone Bluetooth Headset, which cost me $32.09 shipped.
