Using ActiveSync on a PC is something people did in the early 90's with HoySync and their Palm Pilot. Today Push email or Blackberry Client is the best way to go. SeanH |

You need Outlook installed on your laptop (not Outlook Express) I think it comes on the CD. The CD is also has a Getting Started thing on there that explains all of that. ActiveSync syncs your contacts from your phone (as well as Windows Mobile phone/PDA) to your contacts folder in Microsoft Office Outlook.
