Hey ppl
im going back to Japan in 2 weeks, and I was interested to buy 2 batteries with a destop charger from ebay so that I can deal with a total of 3 batteries and listen to good music while I will be bored for 22 hours in the airplane and in airports...
my question is eventhough it says not to be original batteries for the 903sh but still fits, do u guys think it would be safe to use then?
The greatest reply to this question, and the person that looks the most sure of his answer will get a postcard from tokyo from me!! hehehe

here's the link of the item on ebay

I've used several non-official batteries on many different phones.

The only downside I had was that the batteries wouldnt last as long, or the battery meter wouldnt be accurate at all.

The trick I use to trave between asia and montreal (yes, I'm from montreal) is that I got a USB cable that can charge my phone.

When my laptop is in stand-by mode, the USB ports are still powered, so I plug in my phone to my laptop and it drains directly from the laptop's MASSIVE battery.

Last time I did that, I had a pocketPC, watching movies on it for 15+ hours, and the laptop had been on stand-by for 20+ hours.

When I arrived in my room, turned on the laptop, the battery was still at 60%

I would much rather use a standalone mp3 player, but hey whatever floats your boat.

Third-party batteries are no problem I think. My girlfriend and I both use one and it hasn't given us any trouble!

I don't know the name! Is it on the DenEn or Yokohama Subway? (or that other one, the Kawasaki line I think, at Mizunokuchi?)

Actually the 25mins I was refering to are by bus (the name is Kaki01 if I remember correctly, took it only once... )
By train it's about 40mins. Odakyu line -> Yokohama line -> Denentoshi line => TAMAPLAZA

I guess you'll know Shinyurigaoka or Machida? Kakio is a small place between them.

Yeppr, Shinyuri is where I have to go to renew my work visa, and look at all the latin 'entertainers' ... cough*HOOKERS*cough.... that really erks me. Makes me almost wish for the fingerprinting to come into effect.

Wow, pozzy, I live in Saginuma!! I used to live in Tama Plaza, and still work there. So I'm actually writing this in たまプラ. :P

And squeenix, I go to Machida all the time.

We all gotta get together.. I have no idea what we should do though :P

In Tamaplaza, there's a great izakaya close to Yokohama-ya Ramen. Or of course Monsoons as well. Small world!

Feels like it's getting smaller! You're from Saskatoon? I'm from Winnipeg. Not all that far.

I only know a couple izakayas that are on the same street as the post office and Lawson/7 Eleven. And a Berlitz, I think?

Let's wait til squeenix replies to see when we all have free time. I got free times during the evenings, usually after 8PM, or on the weekends.

I have a brand new sharp 903 OEM Battery SHBAA1 for sale...are you interested?

Get out! So Am I! Crazy stuff
Where abouts from Winnipeg are ya from?
I'm from St. Vital myself!

But unfortunately I live in Sendai now, which is about 2.5 hours north via Shinkansen, from Tokyo. I MIGHT head down there for a few days after Xmas to visit a friend, we'll see. Might also go skiing.
