iPhone-Rogers potential call issue

I was just wondering if anyone has had this same issue as I am having. Im not sure if its the phone or if its just a Rogers network issue but this is whats happening.

I have been on a few calls recently, 4 in total where this issue has occured.

This is what happens.

While on a call with person 1, person 2 calls me. Instead of person 2s call going to my voice mail they are connected to the call with person 1. However I am not able to hear person 2, but person 2 can hear everything that myself and person 1 are saying. esentially person 2 is able to listen into my convo without me knowing.

So my question is, is this netowrk or device issue? and has anyone ever had this happen to them on rogers or with any other device?

what are you phone settings? could it be something in there?

I'm using an iPhone on Rogers and have never had that. person one should be placed on hold while you talk to person two. Person one shouldn't hear the conversation. I know two others that have the iPhone on Rogers and they don't have any issues with that either.

Hey its not Rogers there has to be something wrong with your iphone. I never had this problem.

I just tried it here at work because I cant remember the last time I got someoen on call waiting. Anyways.. My phone gives me the option to hold+answer if i get another call.

I think i might have confused you. The second person calls and the phone doesnt show another incoming call, or give the option to put them on hold. That second person automatically gets and hears the existing conversation, however i cant hear them.
