Insuficient Memory when trying to use contact

Hi Guys,

I have been subject to lots of problems since I used the infamous "delete" function from the Handy Day software. What happened is that I was playing Tennis Maniac and did not know how to get out of it in the middle of a game.
I tried to switch application and the game paused. I then could not unpause it so I used Handy Day task management and selected "stop" application. Didn't work so I used "delete" and I got the reboot icon.

Rebooted, and everything worked ok until today. When I try to access my contacts, it says "insuficient memory". I checked my internal and external memory and I have plenty of space....

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
