How to install installer.app on an already jailbroken phone?

I received my phone as a gift already unlocked and jailbroked. But I dont see the installer anywhere. Whoever jailbroke it must have uninstall it. How can install installer.app?
I have tried going to jailbreakme.com
My firmware is 1.1.1 Week 41.
Please help.

I bet it still has SSH installed try SSH'in into it and installing the installer app that why if not try CARNAVAL there a guide on the wiki go to the link in my signature
