Rogers iPhone Shows Blocked Caller ID On Others Phones

I've been noticing this. Its sorta of hit or miss, but I can't seem to pinpoint the problem. I call some people in my contact list, but they are telling me on their phones it shows up as blocked, but others it shows up fine. Now everyone is going to say that you have to switch "Show Caller ID" to ON, but I've done that. I've even gone from OFF to ON with no difference. Anyone else experiencing this problem and possibly found a solution?

I don't get it. I wonder since I just switched to Rogers if something happened...I got nothing. Ha.
