xilisoft dvd to iphone converter HELP!!!!

I paid for the dvd to iphone converter because of its advanced features. I am having a problem with it however. everytime I try to load the dvd for converstion the program quits. I can't figure out what is causing it to crash. Tried with multiple dvd's anyone have any ideas?
