First off, WHY? I'm 99.9% sure you have a brick. You loaded an entirely different bootloader onto the phone, so I doubt it will even turn on (you should have mentioned if it turns on or not). The only thing I can suggest to you is trying to put the phone in bootloader mode by pressing and holding the * and # buttons while the phone is off and then turn it on while you remain holding the * and # buttons. If the bootloader starts, you'll see a motorola logo on a blue background. You can then try to connect the phone to MultiFlashFlex or RSD and try to flash it. Since you have a "different" phone, now, and assuming you get it into bootloader mode, you may have to reinstall the drivers to get it recognized, but try just plugging it in to MultiFlashFlex or RSD first, again, assuming you get it in to bootloader mode.

I installed the alltel k1m firmware and shown this message:

I think of that I need to format it or install it some software

Yeah, I would think you'd need to install the efs partition, which I'd guess is the bootloader. The bad part: there is ABSOLUTELY no way to do it with CDMA (K1m) phones with the software we have available to us. I have two pieces of advice for you:
1. Keep trying to flash with different K1m flashes. By different I mean different providers. A working phone with a providers flash you don't want is better than no phone at all, right? With those several different flashes, try alternating between MultiFlashFlex and RSD as your flash software. Try all the available K1m firmwares with both of those softwares, and hopefully one will take and flash successfully.

2. If you have insurance, you can say that the phone just quit working, and hopefully you'll get a new one. Same thing if you have a warranty on the phone. Flashing voids your warranty, however, so if Moto can prove you attempted to flash, your warranty is gone.
