Need to Sync my iPhone with new laptop

Hi Guys,
Okay here is my problem, don't know if some1 else had similar prob or not..
I had to re-format my laptop, so when I installed new iTunes on it, iPhone will no sync since it can only sync with one PC..
Now, I read here if you download the SwapiTunes it will help you, so I did and I was able to swap itunes and put more songs and stff
Now, here is the problem
Since I don't have my old PC how do I delete the songs on the previous iTunes... that I can only view but can't do anything there
Help please
