Hey guys. My girlfrined lost her phone so i went and got her a new one. I bought it off craigslist. Didnt realise it was an ampd phone and not a telus phone. My question: will telus allow me to use it on their network??? seeing how they owned ampd canada i wouldnt think so...also does anybody know if i can flash the Ampd V3M firmware to a Telus V3M firmware???

Bump, I would also like to know the answer to this question! My aunt from the states bought the Amp'd V3m, but amp'd went out of business. I was wondering if it's possible to flash it to a Telus V3c firmware? I want to be able to use it in Canada!!

It is definitely possible, if you can find the V3m and V3c flashes from Telus. Search around the telus forum, or all of HoFo or that matter, and see if you can find them. If you do, you can flash to them and be on your way.
