W810i scratched lens replace

The W810i's been riding around my pocket for a year and a half, and the camera lens looks like it's been lightly sandpapered from the inside of my pocket. I looked on cnn.cn and some of the usual places to find a replacement, but it looks like the replacement back cover doesn't include the lens portion that is scratched.
Is this part of the actual camera itself? Any other place to pick that piece up while I'm waiting for the K850i to get reasonably priced?

I'd like to know this too. i think a lot of people are just doing the k750 back covers and screen protectors over the lens though.

Yeah - hindsight is 20-20 - shoulda put something on it to protect it a year ago. I figured it wouldn't be hard to replace, but I can't find the actual piece for sale anywhere.
