ok, I am with verizon which I honestly think has the best network but I do alot of email and SMS so I got a blackberry 8703e. I HATE THIS PHONE. I don't like ANYTHING about it. and the worst part is that the keyboard is impossible for me to use, I have to type with the edge of my nails, I won't even go on.
so, I found the sidekick. AWESOME phone. the BEST part is that the keyboard is so natural for me, the whole device seems to be really ergonomic for me.
the problem... I WAS going to ditch verizon and get a sidekick with tmobile only so I could have a sidekick but after reading on the internet, I'm scared to switch to tmobile. are there ANY phones out there that would fit me like a sidekick? I love the large keys and they are soft and rubbery. the whole thing is just a 10.
What should I do?

Why are you scared? They have a great service, and since the Sidekick is what you want, why not switch?

I have both services and will vouch for the fact that the Sidekick and TMobile's connectivity at least in the areas I use, are great. I am a bit concerned about TMobile's customer focus (and intelligence) lately though.
A recent inquiry about upgrading the phone brought a response telling me what a wonderful deal I could get as a loyal (tenured is the word they used) customer. The example was a Shadow - for me at the special price of $167. Funny thing is that on their web site, any new customer can get the same phone for $149......! They must be practicing for the SunCom merger or something. (I know that the extra cost is due to their $18 upgrade fee.)
At least Verizon is upfront about things.
