I just upgraded my Mogul to the new rom and am having problems when roaming. The Mogul freezes up. I understand that others are having this issues. I roam often and can't stand it. Any idea where I can find 2.09.651.3? I had this version before upgrading and had no problem roaming. All the links I tried are now dead.

Doesn't HTC have a section to download ROMS? If not try xda-developers.
