Tilt Freezing on Startup

Just got my tilt tonight. Turned it on a few times. Installed the Blackberry Connect and after it rebooted, it is now stuck on the "windows mobile" startup screen. Anyone else experience this? Guess I'm going to have to send this back.

I had this problem when I had all the HTC homescreen stuff loaded on mine. Once I uninstalled it all and went with the SPB Pocketplus, that problem went away. Did you try uninstalling/disabling the program?

I would've tried that but the phone won't even fully boot up. Just stuck on the startup screen.

I guess you can do a manual hard reset but then you would lose everything on the device (not storage card).

Wasn't aware that you can do that without the phone fully rebooting.
