i850 charging problem+error message

I recently charged my Nextel i850 (which at the moment is not in service)with no problem. However this time I pluged it in I got an error message that reads" FLASHtrap, FS3Dvoo.20 HAB PRD, WS256N- ROMD. signature bad, unable to flash,low battery. VID7-VID1: 0225 0665 2514 0000 0000 0000 0000. I OF COURSE DO NOT KNOW WHAT THIS MEANS! Does anyone? I loved this phone and would like to use it again. Sprint is now my carrier and I have a very basic LG non camera phone. I was hoping since Nextel and Spint merged I could use my Nextel i850 with my Sprint service, are they compatable? If anyone has any info. knowledge, web sites etc... that would be much help! Thanks, E.
