Quick question.

I apologize if this is in the wrong section. I don't work for ATT, but I have service through them.

I keep getting a blocked call and when I check my call history online, it just shows up as my cell phone number. Is there someone I can talk to to find out who's calling me from a blocked number?

Thanks.

I would think someone at your local AT&T store would be able to help you with that. Or you could call the Customer Support number and I'm sure they could give you more information.

I was thinking about trying to ask one of the chat technicians online when I'm in my account, but I'm not sure if they would know.

I have never had to talk to them, but I would think they could at least try to find the number. And if they can't, I'm sure they have the ability to open a trouble ticket and get someone else to contact you.

If someone is blocking their Caller ID, CS can't see it either. OP, don't waste your time calling.

yes, typically you need a court order to get info on blocked numbers

I work at a corporate store and we would not be able to get that information. I also agree with the previous posters, I do no think you can get them just by calling customer service. Maybe you could get them with a court order, depending on what is going on with the calls.

Thanks so much for your help guys!

forward your number to a 1800# you can find something cheap, people can't block #'s to 1800#'s so you can find out who is calling you. I think I heard about that on this forum, so maybe somebody can chime in with the specifics. And this is coming from a call center employee.
