Lost DTMF Tones on V551

Noticed today, when I got a call forwarded from my "remote office", that my V551 is no longer sending DTMF tones. They were working last week, because I used them on my calling card.
Tried all the usual stuff. Powered off/on, removed battery, changed DTMF settings, but all to no avail.
Any suggestions.
