Speaker phone question for PPC 6800

Hey guys Im new here and have a question.
I have sprint HTC ppc6800 (titan). The phone has a connector that goes from mini usb to 2.5mm(for a hardwired headset).
What I am trying to do is connect my phone directly to my car stereos auxillary input(3.5mm jack) so that I can have handsfree talk.
My car has a radio frequency transmitter in it which interferes with bluetooth, so Bluetooth is out of the question.
It would be nice if there was a cable which was headphone and microphone that went from 2.5mm to microphone and had a 3.5mm male on it
