BJ2: How to delete Insert.wav? or stop it from playing?

It really bugs me (and those around me) when I connect my BJ2 to the power late at night.
Is there anyway I can delete Insert.wave? It seems to be un-deletable.
Or, is there a reg key I can set to stop this from playing?

make a blank insert.wav and overwrite it...
