I'm leaning towards the q9h because of the keyboard. It's so easy to type on. The only negative I've found with the q9h is the size of the unit. I think I can live with it though. Good luck with your decision!

Don't overlook something I hadn't noticed until someone mentioned it. The Q doesn't have a SHIFT key on the left and a BACKSPACE key, which you might be used to, like most people who type on a QWERTY. To me, that's a deal breaker, which is unfortunate, cause I like the phone otherwise.
