Ok, i am on my 4th phone, i am getting a little cheezed

I originally got a refurb 8125
first ones touchscreen in the middle wouldnt work
second one 2 weeks after the new replacements screen just wouldnt work at all
Third one was sorta DOA, keyboard was broken, it was a vanilla WM5

Than i got upgraded to a 8525 by CS when i was on the phone for 3 hours, had to deal with 3 bad people, and i got called a liar, eventually, i got ahold of a nice lady, she said she would see if she could get me upgraded, and thanked me for being calm during the situation, gave me a 100 dollar credit, and to top that off, told me im the only one who called in calm that day lol.

They sent me a brand new 8525 and i am on that one now

this phone is now acting funky, does not want to send texts, if i disable the phone, it does not turn back on, (flightmode), and my favorite, is the touchscreen likes to act funky.

I am EASY on my phones, but the worst i do do is play solitare alot.
