BJII Earpiece/Speaker Issue

The earpiece on my BJII now kindof rattles when its turned up almost all the way..sounds like when you blow a speaker in your car..lol Anybody else have any issues with it? And, probably an easy question, but can you return a phone order at a store for a replacement?

Mine doesnt sound like that (then again I haven't turned it up all the way either).
Anway...if is sounds blown then it could be defective...and I think they will replace a defective phone...don't know if you still have to be in the 30 day window for that though.
