8125 need device lock help

heres the deal, i got this 8125 from a friend and immediately began filling it up with sweet freebie appz. i dled s2u2 for the slide lock which looks pretty damned neat if i might say so myself. i use the power btn on the top to turn it "off" when im not using it. when i go to turn it back on, the 10101010000 button unlocking feature automatically enables itself along with the s2u2 prog. so i end up having to hit the power button, hit the first unlock, hit the second unlock, then sliding. annoying to say the least. however, my biggest prob comes in when i get a phone call. s2u2 caller id screen pops up, but i can't click anything because the standard lock feature is enabled. the screen keeps flashing unlock on the bottom when i go to hit my receive btn. so i guess my real preference would be to just disable the phones standard lock/unlock feature altogether and just use s2u2. any takers? i appreciate any help you all have to offer.

oh, and i'm not exactly "new" to the board, i've been trolling howard forums for years gleaning oodles of tips, hacks and faq's. this is just the first time i've actually made an account. but either way... can i get a few of the obligatory "welcome" posts?

edit: forgot to mention, even when i disable s2u2's slide to unlock on wake up, the phone's lock/unlock tool still keeps me from taking phone calls.

Sounds like you have the device set to auto-lock after a period of time.

In Settings, Lock... uncheck the option for "Prompt if device unused for"

That will stop the phone from locking itself. It should have no effect on the Slide2Unlock program.
