Can't sync Outlook contact pictures to Blackberry

Can anyone else see pictures in their BB Address Book that were taken from their Outlook Contacts folder? For my 8130, pictures added to Outlook contacts do not appear on my Blackberry, and vice versa. This is through BES.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
* Blackberry 8130 /w 4.3.0.66, WinXP SP2, Outlook 2007 Enterprise
