Ok so i just got this last night and im trying to figure out how i put music and video etc on the phone. I have a vissta computer and installed windows mobile or what ever but i cant figure it ot form there

Plug it in, it connects, you should be able to see it in "my computer"

He is right. Then after that just drag and drop like normal. Videos go in My Videos, music in My Music etc very easy. It is essentially set up like a small version of the computer you are using now!

Install ActiveSync from the CD that came with the phone. Start ActiveSync in Windows (through the usual Start > Programs route). Now when you connect your phone via USB, it will be recognised.

well i installed windows obile but it wont come up when my device is plugged in

If you have Vista I think you have to use Windows Mobile Device Center.

and also how do i add 3rd party applications or do i need this to work 1st lol and anyway to get better games

I'm very new to smartphones but I believe once you install mobile device center, a folder will be on your desktop call "documents on IKillSuckas smartphone" dump your .cab files in there then sync your phone. Go to your phone and go to your documents and you should find your files there. At that point you can install them on your storage card or on the phone itself. I hope I'm giving good info, but thats what I do and it works.
