Best variation of 705SH?

I remember doing some research awhile back in this forum and using Google on 705SH variations and I ended up becoming more confused as I didn't realize there were so many variations: TX81, SX633, SX633A, 770SH, and there's probably more. I know people gravitated towards certain variations of the phone because of a certain OS or feature set, but I was wondering if anyone happens to know if there was an actual version that was considered the "best".

it seems that sx633a is just a color update, but hardware wise I think its similar to the 705sh, with the 2.0mp camera, the t81 may be the same as the sx633a.
770sh has downgraded hardware I believe, not sure what LCD's they use, but 770sh seem to be going for a good price for a locked one, just need to get an unlock code for them.
