Timing off

Why would the timing on my phone be off when I receive a text message compared to the time on my home screen on the phone? Seems like the text messages are back an hour. Any way to fix that?

I did a soft reset and to no avail it did nothing.

The time comes from the network. The server is in the Central Time Zone.
