probably the EASIEST way to do it is download the theme, and also download iphone browser.once you download the them, you should have a folder that has the title of the theme for a name,a folder for the icons (apps and what not usually in PNG form) and inside of the theme folder but NOT inside of the icons folder should be the dock icons and maybe a wallpaper if your theme has a wallpaper with it..i usually install the wallpaper and when i dont want to use it,if you have summerboard installed (which you should if you're using themes) you can hit "use theme wallpaper" and turn it on or off.

after you downloaded the them (look at it to make sure you have the correct folder, they sometimes include a bunch of stuff you wont need) and with iphone browser open you can drag and drop the folder into /private/var/root/Library/SummerBoard/Themes and that should be it.YES,you CAN use ibrickr but i've found it's often slow for dumping a pile of images onto your phone, and seriously,if you have a TON of themes on your phone and have to do a restore, you just restore, install summerboard and then iphone browser back into summerboard/themes and dump them all in at once.plus,if you screw up,you can DELETE using iphone browser.ibrickr doesnt let you do that.

sooooo, basically, just download the theme, download iphone browser and drag and drop then go to summerboard preferences from your phone, pick the them you want and hit restart springboard.if you dont pick it,it'll do it when you exit SBpref but this is just easier.and that should be it.hope this helps!

hmm..the icons arent aligning right.....did you move them around at all? most themes have them in the stock locations and when i installed iswitcher the icons HAD to be in the correct place or parts of the wallpaper which were meant to be behind certain icons didnt fit where they should.
