N00b needs to know the basics of seem editing

Hi everyone...
I've got all the progs I need to run P2KSeem ... but I want to make sure I do everything exactly correct to make the 1 change that I want to do...
The change is this:
Offset 005e, bit 6 - on, Enable Shutter tone "None" in Pictures Setup
When I'm in P2kSeem, I connect and everything... but I don't know the exact steps to do the above edit. I.e., what data goes into what field?
Can anyone help?
