Has anyone heard anything about employees with consumer accounts are not allowed to have FAN numbers on their accounts because they have the option of ERP

nope, haven't heard anything...i know of at least 4 coworkers that have the discount on consumer rate plans, plus their erp lines

Okay I guess my boss is just being a douche. He had my AT&T fan removed from my account and would never give me a definite answer on other fans

he's just being a manager...next time your arsm is in your store i would ask the question while he's standing around your manager

Ummm if you sign up through Premier then you will automatically have it on your account...

Some managers are clueless.

Yeah, I have a FAN discount on my acct and I signed up for it through the Business Premier webpage. The discounts awesome too!
