mine is flashed to euro firmware. is there a way to text without using t9? i really hate t9.

cant you turn off predictive? there should be a way in the menus

to turn off the predicitive texting i think you just press and hold the star key

i really really dislike t9, because i always type really weird stuff .. that i might only type that one time. plus i just like to type in general. lol

i love T9 tho sometimes slangs dont exist in the phone dictionary. its faster when ur driving and texting but gonna check the screen to see what ur typing every other 5 words haha

I just added words to the dictionary and I could type almost as fast as I could with a regular keyboard (ok, maybe not THAT fast but pretty freakin' fast).

I even added romanized Japanese so I could talk to my Japanese buddies in Ottawa who don't use JDM Phones.

You're right though, it's not the best system out there; but for me, tapping on '7' four times to get 'S' just makes me mad lol

haha i can multi task pretty darn well. just cause girls you know cant drive dont over generalize

oh and it is illegal to talk on phone while driving in LA, i havent heard about the texting law so they force us to do texting instead of talking

Hm..a driver next to me talking on their cell or typing..which do I prefer?

Something to think about next time I'm in la la land and driving on the I10.

10- that means you're in 626 area or somewhere near.
if its a camry or toyota of any sort next to you just move as far away as you can.
