i restored the phone but still does not work. do you think its the screen that was damaged and i'll have to get a new screen? any help will be greatly appreciated. |
I could not make it to the apple store. They replaced it immediately, and told me to call AT&T and resume my account. They did not ask for my mobile number or anything. The best part, my problem with the screen was not consistent and it was actually working fine when I got to the apple store - they still replaced it! Dont worry, just restore the phone and you should have no problem. They did not even ask me for my receipt. They have a one year warranty, and sense they came out in June there is not one is a consumers hand that is more than a year old!
