there are several... i.e. mapquest (www.mapquest.com).. but also check google maps (www.google.com)

the latter one is noteworthy since using the triangulation method (not using GPS) allows you to get better directions when in use indoors (underground downtown complexes like PATH in Toronto, Canada or COEX in Seoul, Korea)
It also works better in urban areas with lots of high rises and buildings where GPS receiver cannot lock to satellite signal due to signal shadow.

they're not free, but some include OnCourse Navigation, TomTom & Garmin XT. i've used all 3 and they work great for real-time driving directions. i have a Sprint Touch and i'm using the Freedom Mini Bluetooth GPS receiver. if you want to go the free route, consider Windows Live and Google...both will work with your GPS receiver,

I have Nokia maps2go on my TyTn II and they work, you need to go to smart2go download the WM6 software then download the maps you want, I transfered the maps from the Nokia to the TyTn II and they work, look around smart2go read up on it, might be helpfull to you, I have not tried the GPS feature yet as I have TomTom. thats another alternative for you.
