LG Shine Alarm problem

Seems whenever I select one of my own mp3's as the alarm ringtone and hit the snooze button the alarm will not ring again. Instead, the two blue soft buttons light up (and stay lit) and the phone for all intensive purposes the phone appears to be as if it is turned off. None of the keypad buttons light up or work. At that point the only way to do anything on the phone (including turning off the soft key lights) is to pull the battery and re-insert it. This seems to only happen with my mp3s (not the mp3s the Shine came with). BTW - the size of each of my mp3's is less than 300k. This has happened with two Shines. Anyone else experinece this ?

I tried to replicate this on my Shine and everything worked as it should. I took my MP3 file and set it as my alarm and when it went off I hit snooze and then 5 minutes later it went off again. Was your phone plugged in or running on battery powere when this happens for you?

It was running on the battery. It does not exhibit this issue everytime but a good 75% of the time. Also, it mostly does it after the first snooze has expired (I always snooze a few times in the a.m.) I now have the alarm set to one of the stock ringtones (those always work fine).

I haven't had that problem at all. However, if you are having a problem with the snooze you can try setting multiple alarms. It would sort of act like a snooze.
