Synching Media With BJII and WMP

I just got the BJII and it does not seem to sync media files with WMP as easily as my previous phone, Moto Z6 did. I did the setup in ActiveSync and it is only showing that I have 135 MB remaining on the device so I am assuming it is not reading the microSD correctly. Has anyone had this problem? Thanks in advance.

you gotta change the options in WMP to copy to the SD card. Click the arrow and that will take you to "Next Device"
If you go to the Library also you can browse the SD card as it'll have a name also. One for the phone and one for the SD card.
