Motorola E815 Bluetooth + Bell Mobility

Hello,
My Motorola E815 with Bell Mobility has a bluetooth problem, it does not at ALL recognize/discover other bluetooth devices. Is there any way i can find out what the problem is and fix it?

What kind of devices are you trying to connect to? (computer, headset, another phone?)
What steps are you doing when you try to get it to connect?
