HTC TyTN II AC Adapter

I want to get another AC adapter for my TyTN II.. I saw one on expansys.ca here:

If you take a look at the pic, is it just me or does it seem like the prongs are slanted (i.e., not normal North American AC adapter prongs?)
Will this work with N/A outlets?
Thoughts?
