How do I remove the front faceplate of my Nokia 5300? [PLEASE HELP]

I have been trying to remove the front cover and can not figure it out. I keep finding this link (http://www.howardforums.com/archive.../1123076-1.html) but when I click it I get a screen with the following message:

I have only just registered my account to access this thread and it seems to be the only one I can't gain access to. Could someone either repost it or direct me to another guide.
