Something I didn't know about TouchFLO

I was messing with my Touch today and noticed I can scroll through my email boxes, and through individual emails and texts by swiping my finger from left to right or vica versa. Did anyone else know this? If you did sorry for being a dummy, if you didnt its a pretty neat feature

You can also use the main/centre button at the bottom of the Touch. Left/right to go between mail boxes, up/down to pick messages and centre-click to select. I find that the easiest.
